Everybody wants to feel good, but how to increase your happiness or what to do to feel fit as a fiddle.
People who feel good are healthier, more creative and more productive, and they live longer. Reason enough to start striving for happiness!
In this workshop we start together with a 1 hour online meeting (kick off) on January 16 (12.00-13.00), followed by a weekly training session you do by yourself (approximately 1 hour per module) and an online wrap up together in the last week on 6 February (12.00-13.00).
Next to online meeting and training you will be added to an UMployee community group. In this group you will find extra content and you can discuss the content of the training with your training buddies. This training is a community based learning, it means we learn together and learn from each other. A nice way to get to know other UM staff and to share experiences and get new insights on this topic.
