Description
Effective collaboration is a vital condition for team success. But good collaboration does not occur by itself. Many difficulties stem from differences in personalities, communication styles, interests and perspectives. This workshop focuses on how to identify and handle those difficulties.
The workshop offers you a practical introduction to recognizing the importance of strong collaboration skills, and become ready to extend the range of options you can choose from, when faced with "difficult team members”.

Aims
- Be aware of your preferred way of communicating and handling conflicts in a team setting;
- Be attentive to what response your behaviour may cause in other team members;
